A hybrid ( Rudbeckia hirta x Echinacea purpurea ) with looks and fast growth of rudbeckia and the vigor and disease tolerance of echinacea. It is a very compact plant with huge long-lasting blooms. Water this plant weekly and more in extreme heat. It works well planted in containers or massed in borders, along walkways or rock gardens and is an excellent choice for sunny low-water-use gardens.
